These terms will be strictly followed, so please read them carefully, and feel free to make a copy. All birth, lineage, feed, shed, weight, and sex records will be sent with animal. This is a legal and binding agreement, so please read entirely, and carefully. You must be 18 or older to enter into a legal contract. If you are a minor, then your parent, or guardian must handle the transactions as their own, for Your protection, and that of Sublime Boa Constrictor, and the reptiles in question. These terms must be met prior to commencement of any shipment. If you the buyer fail to adhere to these terms completely, Sublime Boa Constrictor reserves the right to nullify any, and/or all guarantees made.

 

GUARANTEES All Sublime Boa Constrictors are guaranteed to be live, healthy, parasite free, feeding on F/T and properly sexed by Me. All the recorded info provided with the shipment of the reptile, is guaranteed to be accurate. If you are not satisfied with your reptile for any reason I will replace any reptile, with another of equal value, or refund your money IF:

1) You notify Me within 1 week of receipt of delivery. After a week of the receipt of the reptile, I assume no further liabilities.

2) The reptile must be shipped back to Me immediately. The refund will occur when I receive the reptile back in the condition it was sent. You, the buyer bear the burden of the return freight.

 

PAYMENT/RESERVATIONS/DEPOSITS Payment is required in advance by PayPal, Credit Card, or Cashiers check / Postal money order. Checks and M.O. must clear before reptile is shipped. Due to the quality of the reptiles produced at Sublime Boa Constrictor, a 25% deposit is required to reserve these reptiles. If a reservation has been made, it will immediately be posted as such on My available page. You the buyer have 60 days to complete the transaction, or deposit will be forfeit, and non refundable. At that point the reptile will be re-listed as for sale. Deposits are refundable only if I cannot fulfill your order, or other arrangements have been made. If in the event a different deal has been arranged with Me, it will be discussed in private, and agreed upon before the transaction begins to take place. All monetary transactions must be completed before reptile is shipped, unless otherwise arranged with Me.

 

SHIPPING I only use the following methods for shipping My reptiles. I choose these methods for the safety of My reptiles, and to ensure a prompt, and healthy delivery of Your new pet.

 

AIRFREIGHT: (Preferred method) All reptiles will be shipped Delta Dash to the nearest commercial airport with a Delta hub. Any order less than $300.00 will be subject to a shipping fee, which lately has been +/- $100. Shipments must be picked-up from the airline within 2 hours of its arrival. Shipments must be opened and inspected by you immediately at the airline's facility, and in the airlines presence, to ensure against theft or accidental harm or DOA. If a problem exists, you must alert the airline, and Sublime Boa Constrictor of the problem immediately. The time frame is imperative. If something untoward should occur in the shipping of your reptile, I will refund, or replace the reptile, immediately upon receipt of said reptile, or verification from the airlines that it was indeed stolen, injured, or DOA. You, the buyer bear the burden of return freight.

 

OVERLAND CARGO: For those customers who prefer to have front door delivery, I can send through My Federal Express account. I can send via next day delivery, and a $60.00 delivery fee will apply to orders of less than $300.00 If this method is chosen, You the buyer are expressly agreeing to the following:

1) Delays in shipping sometime occur, be it bad weather, driver incapability, or rural living.  These are out of the control of Sublime Boa Constrictor, so I do not accept responsibility for them.

2) Should package arrive damaged in any way, even if no harm to reptile, You will notify Sublime Boa Constrictor immediately. I will take it up with Federal Express.

3) YOU MUST MAKE SURE AN ADULT IS THERE TO RECEIVE THE PACKAGE ON THE FIRST DELIVERY ATTEMPT, OR ALL GUARANTEES ARE VOID AND NULL.

 

It is a federal offence to ship reptiles via U.S.P.S. Please, do not even ask. I will ignore any such request. I will NOT use United Parcel Service for shipping. Too many reptiles have been left on porches at the drivers discretion, only to meet the fate of a hot summer sun, and ultimately, death. I will not help support this by using this carrier to ship my reptiles. I apologize if this is an inconvenience to You, but until the deal is final, the reptiles remain My main concern.

 

The use of the words Me, My or I, are in reference to Richard Carew, Owner, Sublime Boa Constrictor.
